1 pound of browned ground venison, drained 4 cups of potatoes, peeled and sliced 1 tablespoon of onion, chopped 2 teaspoons of salt Pepper 3/4 cup of canned milk 1/2 cup of oats 1/4 cup of catsup 5 tablespoons of onion, chopped |

Mix potatoes, 1 tablespoon onion, 1 teaspoon salt and dash of pepper (together and place in a 2 to 3 quart casserole. Then mix rest of ingredients together and spread this mixture over potatoes.
