Dredge the rabbit with seasoned flour. Arrange the bacon slices and butter in heavy skillet; add rabbit and brown. Add water; bake at 350ºF. for 1 hour. Add sour cream; bake for 15 - 20 minutes longer. remove rabbit from pan, thicken gravy. Makes 6 servings |
