Market Street Frog Legs

4 - 5 frog legs per person, cleaned
salt, pepper to taste
flour for dredging
butter, olive oil or fat for frying 

Season your frog legs with salt and pepper and dredge with flour, just as you would when frying chicken. Heat the fat in a heavy skillet over medium heat. Add the frog legs and fry until nicely browned on all sides, about 10 minutes. *Store bought frog legs, need no prep. other than what is suggested on the package.
