| | Veggie Bars 1 tube of Pillsbury crescent rolls 3/8 cup of mayonnaise 1/4 cup of sour cream 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese 1/2 envelope Ranch style dressing mix (Ranch original party dip works) 1/4 to 1/2 cup of green pepper, finely 1/4 to 1/2 cup of green onion, finely chopped 1/4 to 1/2 cup of broccoli, finely chopped 1/4 to 1/2 cup of carrots, finely chopped 1/4 to 1/2 cup of cauliflower, finely chopped 1/4 to 1/2 cup of black olives, finely chopped 1/4 to 1/2 cup of mushrooms, finely chopped 1/4 to 1/2 cup of Cheddar cheese, finely chopped |

Carefully unroll crescent rolls and place dough in 8x13 inch pan. Gently press and shape to cover bottom. Bake at 350ºF. for 8 minutes. Let cool. Mix the mayonnaise, sour cream, cream cheese and Ranch mix. Spread on cooled crust. Sprinkle remaining ingredients on top, cover with plastic wrap and press vegetables down into cream. Chill for 3-4 hours. Cut into bars and serve. |
