| Vegetarian Savory Patties
1 cup of soy beans, soaked overnight 1 cup of dry soy beans 1 cup of walnuts 2 or 3 carrots 1 large onion 1/4 green pepper 2 stalks celery 1 cup of rolled oats 1 teaspoon of celery salt 1 tablespoon of parsley 3 tablespoons of vegetable salt 4 eggs 1 or 2 tablespoon of soy sauce 1/4 cup of tomato sauce 1 cup of granburger (Health Store) or 1 cup of soy grits and 1/2 teaspoon of onion salt |

Form into patties. Bake on oiled cookie sheet at 350ºF. for 1/2 hour or until lightly browned. Makes 20 small patties. |
