| Vegetarian Hungarian Goulash
1 cup of potatoes, peeled, sliced 1 cup of onion, chopped 2 large cloves garlic, pressed 1 1/4 teaspoon of paprika 1/2 teaspoon of caraway seed 1 vegetable bouillon cube 2 tablespoons of water 1 cup of peas, fresh or frozen 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper 2 cups of tomatoes, fresh, chopped 3 1/2 teaspoons of marjoram, dried 1/4 cup of safflower oil 3 cups of egg noodles, cooked |

In large saucepan, combine all the ingredients except the noodles. Cook over medium heat, covered, for 30-40 minutes. Serve over hot noodles. Yields 2 servings. |
