| Zucchini Squares
1/8 teaspoon of garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon of salt
12 teaspoons of Italian seasonings
Dash of pepper
1/2 cup of grated Parmesan, Swiss or Monterey Jack cheese
4 cups of zucchini, unpared, sliced thin
2 tablespoons of snipped parsley
1/2 teaspoon of seasoned salt
1/2 cup of vegetable oil
4 eggs, slightly beaten
1/2 cup of finely chopped onion
1 cup of Bisquick mix |

Grease 9 x 13 x 2 inch pan. Preheat oven to 350ºF. Mix ingredients and pour into greased pan. Bake until golden brown - 30-45 minutes. Cut into small pieces and serve as appetizers. |
