
| Spinach Crostini
Two 10 ounce packages of frozen chopped spinach (thaw, cook & drain) 1 large onion, finely chopped 6 eggs, beaten well 1/2 cup of grated Cheddar cheese 1/4 cup of grated Parmesan cheese 3 cups of herb seasoned stuffing mix 1 tablespoon of pepper 1 tablespoon of garlic salt 1 teaspoon of thyme |

Combine ingredients; mix and chill. Drop with spoon on greased cookie sheet. When ready to serve, bake for about 20 minutes in 325ºF oven. Can be frozen in advance prior to baking. |
