
| Baked Seafood Cauliflower Casserole
4 boxes frozen cauliflower 3-4 cans crab meat 1 cup of craw fish 3 cans frozen cream of shrimp soup 1 can celery soup Cracker crumbs Paprika Salt and cayenne pepper to taste 1/2 pound of cheddar cheese, grated Butter or margarine |

Cook cauliflower for 3 minutes in water. Put layers of crab, craw fish, cauliflower and soups into buttered casserole. Sprinkle with cracker crumbs. Seasonings and small amount of cheese. Repeat layers until casserole is filled; put remaining cracker crumbs and cheese on top with dabs of butter. Bake at 325ºF. until bubbly and slightly browned. Yields 14 servings. |
