1 head cauliflower Dash of Parmesan cheese
Cook cauliflower in boiling water about 15 minutes. Remove from water and drain. Divide into flowerets. Top with Parmesan cheese. |

Cauliflower Parmesan 2
1 large head of cauliflower 6 ounces of cream cheese, softened 4 tablespoons of freshly grated Parmesan cheese 4 tablespoons of milk 1 teaspoon of J.D.'s Vegetable Magic 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder 2 tablespoons of butter 1 1/2 tablespoon of fresh parsley, chopped 1/4 teaspoon of paprika
In microwave, place cauliflower which has been cut into flowerets, in a steamer and cook for 8 minutes. Drain, set aside and keep warm. In a small saucepan over medium heat, combine cream cheese, Parmesan cheese, milk, Vegetable Magic, garlic powder and butter. Cook for about 5 minutes or until smooth. Pour sauce over cauliflower, sprinkle with the fresh parsley and paprika. |
