| Mushroom Eleganza 1 small bag assorted dried mushrooms, re-hydrate before adding to recipe 1 small bunch broccoli - bite-sized pieces Bring water to a boil, add pasta, cook until al dente - careful - cooks fast! Heat sauce and mushrooms in a separate pot. The mushrooms should be large enough to be interesting but small enough to eat. If using dried, they should be re-hydrated before adding to the sauce. Add broccoli to boiling water two minutes before draining. Gently toss pasta and sauce. Serve with freshly grated parmesan cheese. |
