
| Cauliflower with Eggs
1 large cauliflower 2 cups of olive oil 2 cups of flour Salt & pepper to taste 3 eggs, well beaten |

Boil the cauliflower until tender. Once cooked, cool and cut up in medium pieces. Dip in flour and eggs, then put into the hot oil until it becomes golden brown. Ready to serve. Makes 5 servings. |
