In a pitcher or mixing bowl, dissolve the tea and sugar in water. Add the peach nectar and lemonade concentrate, stir. Pour 1/2 to 3/4 cup mixture into each tall glass, fill with ice cubes, then add the the carbonated beverage to top the glass, and stir.
