
| Tofu Fruit Smoothie
1/2 cup of ripe banana, sliced 1/2 cup of frozen strawberries, sliced in light syrup, partially thawed 1/2 cup of soft silken tofu, drained 1/2 cup of vanilla low-fat yogurt
Combine all ingredients in a blender; process until smooth. Serve immediately. yields two 3/4 cup servings |
