1 cup of chicken broth (use low sodium if you like) 1/4 teaspoon of ginger powder 1/2 teaspoon of sugar 1/4 teaspoon of garlic powder 1/4 teaspoon of onion powder 1 tablespoon of soy sauce 1 teaspoon of cornstarch Broccoli Carrots Mushrooms Sliced onions or any mixture you like |

Stir-fry any mixture of vegetables such as frozen mix or fresh. Add cooked chicken breast for main dish. Add mix to suit taste. Let heat to thicken. Extra mix can be refrigerated or frozen in ice cube trays and store in zip lock bags for easy use. |
