Cook the spaghetti as package label directs. In a large serving bowl, combine the zucchini, scallions, parsley, oil and seasonings. After the spaghetti has cooked, drain in colander. Add hot spaghetti to zucchini mixture, toss lightly. Serve immediately. Makes 3 to 4 servings. |
