| Spaghetti Alfredo
1 pound of shrimp 1/2 pound of scallops 1/4 pound of butter 3 cloves garlic, chopped 2 cups of heavy cream 3 teaspoons of parsley, fresh
Melt butter in skillet. Once the butter foams add seafood and garlic. Cook 2 minutes over medium heat. Start in cream, parsley and dash of pepper. Cook about 5-10 minutes or longer. Cream should thicken. Pour on 1 pound spaghetti. | |
