| Pizza Spaghetti Casserole
6 ounces of spaghetti, cooked and drained One 15 ounce can of tomato sauce 1 pound of ground beef 1 teaspoon of oregano 1 cup of chopped mushrooms 1/2 cup of chopped olives (black or green) 1/4 cup of chopped onion 4 ounces of pepperoni, thinly sliced One 8 ounce can of tomato sauce 2 cups of grated Mozzarella cheese | |
Place spaghetti in buttered 9 x 13 inch baking pan. Pour 15 ounce can tomato sauce over spaghetti. Brown ground beef with oregano; drain and sprinkle over tomato sauce. Layer with mushrooms, olives, onions and pepperoni. Pour 8 ounce can tomato sauce over all. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 350ºF. for 1 hour and 15 minutes or until bubbly. Cut into squares and serve. Makes 6 to 8 servings. |
