Oyster Jambalaya
1 1/4 pound of lean spare ribs 1 can tomatoes 1 package of spaghetti 1 large onion 1 pint of oysters Salt, pepper and water |

To water, add spare ribs, tomatoes, salt, pepper and bring to slow boil. Brown onion and add to mixture. Boil until spare ribs are done. Add spaghetti and cook until done and add oysters and boil 2 minutes more. Serve with ketchup, etc. |
