Cabbage-Sausage-Beef Goulash
1 pound of pork sausage 1 pound of ground beef 1 onion, chopped 28 ounce can of chopped tomatoes 6 ounces of tomato paste 2 tablespoons of vinegar 1 tablespoon of chili powder 1 teaspoon of garlic powder 1/4 teaspoon of red pepper flakes 10 cups of shredded cabbage |

In a large kettle, brown sausage, beef and onion; drain well. Add remaining ingredients except cabbage, mix well. Stir in cabbage and simmer 20 to 25 minutes or until cabbage is tender.
