Cream of Tomato Soup 3

2 cups of Fresh tomato juice 1/4 cup of Fresh leek juice 1/4 cup of Fresh potato juice 1 cup of Half and half Salt and pepper 3 tablespoons of basil, chopped |

In a saucepan combine tomato, leek, potato juices. Add 1 cup of half and half, salt and pepper and bring to a simmer. Stir in 3 tablespoons minced fresh basil.
