Three Bean Chili Chowder
1 large onion, chopped 1 green or yellow bell pepper, chopped 1 can of kidney beans, rinsed & drained 1 can of pinto beans, drained 1 can of white Great Northern beans, drained 2 cans of stewed tomatoes 1 can of chicken broth 3/4 - 1 cup of picante sauce 1 teaspoon of ground cumin 1/2 - 1 pound of ground beef |

Brown the ground beef. Drain and add all ingredients except optional garnishes, bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer 20 to 30 minutes. Ladle into soup bowls; add desired garnishes.
