Sour Cream Chili Bake
1 pound of pork burger or hamburger One 10 ounce can of hot enchilada sauce One 15 ounce can of drained pinto beans One 8 ounce can of tomato sauce 1 cup of sour cream 1 tablespoon of instant onion 1 cup of shredded cheese One 6 ounce package of corn chips 1/2 cup of shredded cheese |

Brown burger, drain off fat, stir in beans, enchilada sauce, tomato sauce, 1 cup cheese and onion. Set aside 1 cup chips and stir coarsely crushed remaining chips into meat mixture. Put into 2 quart casserole dish. Bake covered at 375ºF. for 30 minutes. Spoon sour cream on top in center. Sprinkle 1/2 cup cheese and 1 cup chops around edge. Bake uncovered 2 to 3 minutes.
