Chili Pepper Bake

5 to 6 chili peppers, seeded
1 egg
3/4 cup of milk
1 package of sharp cheddar cheese, sliced (8 oz.)
1/2 teaspoon of paprika
Dash of Worcestershire sauce

Deseed chili peppers. Cut chili peppers in small slices. Cut into thin slices the cheese. Beat 1 egg and milk together. Add a dash of Worcestershire to liquid. Place chili in ungreased quiche pan. Cheese slices over top. Then pour liquid over top. Add paprika for color on top. Bake at 350ºF. for 30 minutes until bubbly. Serve with stoned Wheat Thin crackers.
