Chili Con Queso
2 pounds of Velveeta cheese 1 1/2 pound of hamburger 16 ounces of sour cream 3 cans of ranch beans, drained 2 cans of pimentos 2 cans of chopped green chilies 1/2 cup of chopped green olives One 8 ounce jar of Pace Picante (mild or med.) Cayenne pepper to taste |

Brown and drain hamburger. Combine and melt in double boiler or microwave all ingredients. Serve as a dip with chips or flour tortillas. Serves 10-12. |
