| Fried Green Beans 2 cups of whole cooked green beans flour salt and pepper A dash of cayenne 3 tablespoons of bacon drippings |
Instructions: Dry the beans with paper towels. Season the flour with salt, pepper and cayenne. Roll the beans in the flour mixture. Heat the bacon drippings or oil in a heavy skillet. Fry the beans a few at a time until well browned. Drain on paper towels. Serves 4 |
