Sweet and Sour Cabbage

Sweet and Sour Cabbage

1 head of cabbage, cored and shredded
1/4 cup of water
1/2 teaspoon of salt
1 tablespoon of sugar
1 tablespoon of all purpose flour
2 tablespoons of white vinegar
1 tablespoon of butter

Instructions:

Place the cabbage, water and salt into a saucepan. cover and simmer over medium heat for 10 minutes. Add the sugar, flour, vinegar and butter, mix well. Cook until the cabbage is tender, 5 to 10 minutes.
