Cucumber Salad 2
3 large cucumbers, peeled, thinly sliced 1 cup of white vinegar 3/4 cup of water 3/4 cup of sugar 1 teaspoon of salt a dash red hot pepper a dash dried parsley a dash black pepper a dash basil |
Instructions: Combine all of the ingredients except the cucumbers and heat until the sugar melts. Pour over the cucumbers. Store in an airtight container. Keeps well for several days. Serves 6 to 8 |
