Grits & Cheese Casserole
3 eggs, beaten 1 teaspoon of seasoned salt 2 teaspoons of salt 2 teaspoons of Tabasco 1 teaspoon of paprika 2 tablespoons of lemon juice 1 1/2 cups of grits, uncooked 3/4 pound of grated sharp Cheddar cheese 1 1/2 sticks of margarine |

Beat together eggs, salt, Tabasco, paprika and lemon juice. Cook grits in 6 cups of water about 3 minutes. Fold in cheese and margarine. Add beaten mixture and pour into lightly greased baking dish. Bake at 300ºF. for 45 minutes. |
