Instructions: Preheat your oven to 375ºF. Heat the skim milk and sugar in a medium saucepan until warm, stirring constantly. Set aside. Using an electric mixer, mix the vanilla extract, egg whites, banana, cinnamon, nutmeg, and cloves for about 3 minutes or until fluffy. Add the lukewarm sugar - milk to the beaten egg whites.
