Instructions: Brown chitterlings and liver in oil with garlic, onions, and jalapenos. Drain and let cool. Then mix chitterling and liver mixture with egg, flour, and milk. Let mixture sit for a few minutes. Then place in a non-greased baking pan and bake for 30 minutes or until golden brown. |
