1 1/2 pounds of veal, sliced Oil (bacon fat optional) 2 tablespoons of chopped onion 1/2 teaspoon of salt 1 teaspoon of paprika 1 cup of sour cream (or 1 1/2 cup of evaporated milk with 1/2 cup of water and 1 tablespoon of vinegar) 1/2 cup of tomato sauce |

Brown the veal in oil. Remove from pan, then sauté chopped onion and add paprika and salt. Stir in remaining ingredients, reserving a little sour cream. Add meat. Cook 30 minutes and stir in remaining sour cream. Grocery Coupons and More!  |
