| Pinwheel Sausage Bake
1 package of Pork sausage links(12oz) 3 tablespoons of water one 16 ounce can of Sauerkraut, chopped 1 cup of Dairy sour cream 1/2 cup of milk 2 tablespoons of butter or margarine, melted 1 tablespoon of Poppy seeds 1 teaspoon of onion salt 1/4 teaspoon of pepper 2 cups of cooked noodles |

Put sausage links and water in a covered skillet; cook 5 minutes, turning frequently. Uncover skillet; cook 10 to 12 minutes longer, or until evenly browned. Meanwhile combine remaining ingredients in a 2-quart casserole. Drain sausage links; arrange them in pinwheel fashion on top of sauerkraut mixture. Bake in preheated 375ºF. oven 25 minutes.
