| Kvasivka Selians'ka - Tart Village Soup
2 cups of Meat stock beef or pork 2 cups of Sauerkraut juice 1 Egg large 1 cup of sour cream 2 tablespoons of flour 1 teaspoon of Dill freshly chopped 1/2 cup of potatoes, mashed Rye bread croutons |

Bring stock to a boil & add sauerkraut juice. Mix in sour cream, flour, & egg. add a small portion of the hot stock. Mix then add to the pot & simmer for 3 minutes.
