| Frank-Sauerkraut Goulash
1 pound of Frankfurters 2 tablespoons of butter or margarine, melted 2 tablespoons of onion, minced 2 cups of sauerkraut, drained 1/2 cup of sour cream 1/2 teaspoon of paprika 1 tablespoon of parsley |

Servings: 4 Cut each frankfurter into 5 diagonal slices. In large skillet over medium heat, cook onion and frankfurter slices in butter 5 minutes or until onion is tender and frankfurter slices slightly brown. Rinse sauerkraut under cold water, drain well. Add to frankfurters. Simmer, covered, 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Stir in sour cream and paprika. Serve garnished with parsley. Serves 4 Back to Sauerkraut recipes
