1 pound of corned beef, cooked and cut into pieces one 14 ounce can of sauerkraut 1 1/2 cup of water 3/4 teaspoon of caraway seed 1 1/2 cup of dry rice 1/2 cup of prepared Thousand Island Dressing 3 ounces of Swiss cheese, cut into strips |

Mix corned beef, sauerkraut, water and caraway seed in a large skillet. Bring to a full boil. Stir in rice. Pour dressing over rice and top with cheese. Cover, remove from heat. Let stand 5 minutes. Makes 4 servings. Back to Sauerkraut recipes |
