8 Sausages, brown & serve, 1" 1 tablespoon of butter or margarine 16 ounce can of Sauerkraut, Bavarian 2 tablespoons of brown sugar 1 Egg, beaten 2 tablespoon of Onion, grated 2 1/2 cups of potatoes, mashed, prepared
Brown sausages in butter over medium heat 5 to 6 minutes, turning frequently. Stir in sauerkraut and brown sugar; warm through. Pour mixture into a greased 2-quart casserole; set aside. Add egg and onion to mashed potatoes; stir well. Spread potato mixture over sauerkraut; bake in preheated 350'F. oven, uncovered, 25 minutes. Serves 6 Back to Sauerkraut recipes
