| Bumstead Sandwiches
1 1/2 pound of chopped ham
1/2 pound of cheese
2 eggs, hard boiled
1/2 cup of mayonnaise
1/2 cup of ketchup
2 teaspoons of onion, diced
Combine all ingredients. Fill hot dog buns, wrap in foil and bake 20 minutes at 350ºF. Can be made well in advance. |
