In a medium bowl, combine the green beans and mushrooms, tossing to combine, set aside. In a blender container, combine the remaining ingredients and process until pureed, scraping down sides of container as necessary, pour over green bean - mushroom mixture and toss to coat. Serve immediately or cover and refrigerate until ready to serve. |
