Dressing 1 cup of heavy cream 1 tablespoon of all purpose flour mixed with a couple of drops of water to make a paste 3 tablespoons of white vinegar 2 tablespoons of butter 2 tablespoons of sugar 1/8 teaspoon of salt 1 egg white, beaten |

Cut all of the fruit into small cubes and put into a large bowl. Stir in the nuts. In a saucepan, over low heat, simmer all the dressing ingredients, except the egg white, about 5 minutes or until the mixture begins to boil. Remove from the heat. Cool until the dressing is barely warm to the touch. Fold in the beaten egg white. Pour the dressing over the fruit, mix gently to coat each piece. Refrigerate until chilled.
