| Honey Rice
4 cups of cooked rice 1/4 cup of butter 1/4 cup of honey 1/2 cup of chopped peanuts 1 teaspoon of cinnamon 3/4 teaspoon of ginger Chopped parsley (optional) |

Combine rice and nuts, set aside keeping warm. Combine butter and honey in a saucepan. Cook over low heat just until butter melts, stir in cinnamon and ginger. Pour over rice and stir well. Sprinkle with chopped parsley, if desired. |
