| Consommé Rice
2 cans consommé soup 1 cup of raw rice 4 tablespoons of butter 2 tablespoons of parsley flakes
Pour raw rice into pan. Empty soup on top of rice. Stir. Place pats of butter on top. Sprinkle with parsley flakes, cover. Bake 1 1/2 hours at 325ºF. or until rice is soft or soup is all absorbed. |
