4 pounds of Spareribs, or country-style 3 large Cloves garlic, pressed 1 large Can (20-oz.) Dole pineapple crushed 1 large Onion 1 Bottle (12-oz.) chili sauce 1/2 cup of brown sugar, packed 1 teaspoon of ground ginger 1/2 teaspoon of dry mustard |

Rub ribs with garlic. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Arrange onion in large baking pan. Place ribs on top. Add 1/4 cup water to pan. Cover with foil. Bake in 350ºF. oven 1/2 hour.
