4 Chicken breasts, boneless, skinless 1/3 cup of flour 1 package of Onion soup mix one 10 ounce can of cream of mushroom 1 1/3 cups of water 1/2 cup of uncooked rice 2 Carrots, sliced 2 Stalks celery, sliced 1 small onion, chopped 1 cup of broccoli florets |
| This recipe is from TV Guide. Grease a shallow baking pan large enough to accommodate the chicken breasts. Dredge chicken in flour to coat and place in pan. Sprinkle dry soup, rice and vegetables over chicken. Mix soup and water and pour over chicken. Cover with foil and bake for 1 hour at 350ºF.
