Preheat your oven to 350ºF. Sauté the celery, onion and green pepper in the butter. Place the turkey, potatoes and bread crumbs into a large bowl and mix lightly. Mix the egg, milk and gravy and pour over the turkey mixture. Add the seasonings and sautéed celery, onion and green pepper. Mix well and taste and adjust the seasonings to your desired level. Place in a well greased casserole and bake at 350ºF. for 1 hour. Serves 6 |
