| Grilled Gobblers
3/4 pound of turkey sausage 1 lime for juice 2 teaspoons of prepared horseradish 2 teaspoons of Dijon mustard
Cut sausage into 4 pieces. Pierce all over with fork. Combine marinade ingredients and pour over sausage so that all surfaces are coated. Let stand 10 minutes or cover and refrigerate overnight. Grill sausage over hot coals for 8 to 10 minutes, turning often or until browned and skin is crisp. |
