1 1/2 pounds of turkey meat 1 cup of finely chopped parsley (fresh) 1 cup of finely chopped white or brown onion 1/4 cup of (or desired taste) kebob seasoning 1 egg 1 package of flat/pita bread
Mix together turkey meat, parsley, onion, seasoning and egg. Roll each piece of meat so it looks like a short fat hot dog. Barbecue the kebobs on the grill to your desired taste. Kebobs can be eaten in the pita pockets with your favorite toppings (i.e. humus, tomatoes, cucumbers). Serves 6 to 8.
