1 pound of ground turkey 1/2 teaspoon of salt 1/2 teaspoon of ground black pepper 1 package of dry onion soup mix 1/2 cup of water |

Preheat an outdoor grill for high heat and lightly oil grate. In a medium bowl, combine the turkey, salt, ground black pepper, soup mix and water. Using your hands, combine all ingredients together and form into 4 patties. Grill over high heat for 5 to 10 minutes per side, or to desired doneness. |
