| Peppery Chicken Wings
4 pounds of chicken wings 2 teaspoons of balsamic vinegar 2 teaspoons of olive oil 2 tablespoons of hot pepper sauce Salt and pepper to taste
Preheat oven to 500F. Lightly oil a large rimmed baking sheet and spread chicken wings out on it. Drizzle with the balsamic vinegar and olive oil and toss lightly. Pour the hot pepper sauce over the wings, season with salt and pepper, and toss again. Roast wings for about 30 minutes on the top shelf of the oven until well browned and crisp. Serve warm. Serves 4 |
