| Honey Glazed Cornish Hens
2 Cornish hens, split
1 cup of honey
2 tablespoons of orange juice, concentrate
Rind of 1 orange, grated
Preheat oven to 350ºF. Place hens, wing side up on rack in baking pan. Mix together remaining ingredients. Bake, basting frequently until golden brown (approximately 45 minutes). *This glaze also works well with ham. |
